Each of your posts can contain up to 3 hyperlinks. As a result, 250 blog posts time 3 links per post mean that you can get a maximum of 750 new one-way links every month.
Of course, these links can be aimed at any urls you want, with whatever keywords you want (subject to the guidelines of the service). Jon does not allow hate, porn, etc.
